Terms
The terms that apply when you buy a file or work with me.

Purchases
Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider, which acts as the seller of record and issues your receipt. Prices are listed in US dollars; taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you are.

Delivery
Files are digital. After payment you receive a download or duplicate link by email. If the link doesn’t arrive within a few hours, email me at mehmetkirlangicinfo@gmail.com and I’ll sort it out.

Refunds
Because files can’t be returned once downloaded, sales are final. If a file is damaged, incomplete or clearly not as described, tell me within 14 days and I’ll fix it or refund you.

Custom work
Monthly and custom projects are agreed in writing before work starts, including scope, timeline and price. Those terms take priority over this page.

Changes
I may update these terms as the shop grows. The date at the top shows the latest version.
